How I Fell Into UX

My flatmate and I wanted to escape the English weather and work remotely in Lisbon, but living in London made that hard to afford. That’s when we had an idea: what if we swapped homes with others in the same situation... We tested the concept on Instagram and it took off. Soon we needed an MVP, so I taught myself to design and build it, and that’s where I discovered my passion for creating digital experiences. After the rollercoaster of startup life, I decided to focus on a career in UX, designing products people that make life better.

My Next Role

I’m looking for a Junior UX Designer role where I can learn from experienced mentors and help build products that make tricky tasks feel simple, intuitive and a little delightful.

Life Outside Work

Outside of work, you’ll catch me playing football, tennis and chess. I love indie bands and seeing them at concerts. And sometimes I listen to Sabrina Carpenter... but you're not going to tell anyone that.
